Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the status of your refund request. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method where applicable, or through another mutually agreed method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Exchange Policy
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we will arrange a replacement or exchange, subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund may be offered instead.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to an error on our part, such as sending the wrong product or a defective item, Homire will bear the return shipping cost. If the return is due to a change of mind or any customer-related reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the product and packaging to help us process your request as quickly as possible.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before they have been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined in this policy.
